Guests can book in advance or on arrival. All Rooms are subject to availability and the hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason. Guests must pay all outstanding charges on departure

3 Nights and over – £50.00 per person
Under three nights – The first nights accommodation charge
Maximum Room Occupancy:
Single Room – 1 Person
Double/Twin Room – 2 People
Triple Room – 3 People
Check-in and Check-out:
Guests may check in from 10am, but the hotel cannot guarantee access to bedrooms before 1.00 pm
Please advise on booking if your arrival time will be later than 9pm
On departure guests must vacate their rooms and check-out by 11.00am
Failure to do so may entitle the hotel to charge for one additional nights accommodation
Guests are welcome to store their luggage at the hotel for collection later in the day
The hotel has its own private car park that if free of charge to resident guests
The hotel operates a non-smoking policy throughout the building – All Bedrooms are non-smoking areas
Guests found to be smoking in their bedroom will be charged an additional one nights accommodation as the room will not be able to be used for incoming guests who are expecting a non-smoking room.
Although the hotel will make every possible effort to accommodate particular requirements, all rooms are subject to availability. The hotel reserves the right to move a booking to a different room should the need occur.
Cool off period:
For reservations made more than seven days in advance we offer a cooling off period up to midday the day after the reservation was made.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge and any deposits paid fully refunded.
After the cool off period expires our standard cancellation applies.
You may cancel your reservation with no charges up to midday 24 hours prior to arrival.
So a booking arriving on a Friday can cancel up to midday on the Wednesday prior.
Cancellations after this time will be charged in full.
Any deposits paid are non-refundable.
Christmas & New Year – Any Cancellation Date 100% of Booking Cost – Unless within ‘Cool off period’
During the booking period there is no reduction for temporary absence or meals not taken.
The hotel will charge in full for a no-show providing the accommodation was kept until check-out time.
The Hotel will happily return any lost property by post – The minimum charge is £10.00
