Great location opposite the wonderful Towner, & had an extremely comfortable & cosy break on a cold winter weekend. Large well-equipped room and delightful staff - especially Harry - & short walk to the centre and the seafront, with invaluable parking right outside.

I had a wonderful two nights stay in the Devonshire Park on a business trip with loads of flight cases and luggage. The chap, think Harry was his name - at the desk was most helpful, and arranged for my belongings to be installed in my room, whilst I had a well deserved glass of wine in the bar.
Breakfasts were prompt and great selection available – all staff very polite and professional. I will look forward to returning when back in Eastbourne.

Personally we don’t like Trip Advisor anyway because it does not record in all respects what a place is actually like and when trying to book venues in the past we have been let down.
So turning to our 2022 visit, as usual we had a great time and everything was perfect both as far as the accommodation and Godfrey’s was concerned.
We have been with you every year since 2007 ( with the exception of 2020 ), it is a home from home and we are made fully welcome by both Management and all the staff.
We are looking forward to being with you again in 2023 in our usual room!

It’s the little things in life that make the difference; checked into the hotel on Friday very friendly chap on the desk. Explained about car parking and offered us a dinner reservation.
Taken to our room, very happy – and even had the car put on charge overnight.
Stayed in many hotels but seeing the same staff from beginning to end really does make you feel welcome and valued.

Wonderful sunny Eastbourne – we have often stayed at the Grand in Eastbourne but so pleased we have found the Devonshire Park – genuine personal service and a far superior Car Park. Will be back top marks. Worth remarking got delayed on arrival and the staff still managed to fit us into the Restaurant at short notice.

We have stayed in the Devonshire Park Hotel on a previous occasion which was excellent. This time when we arrived we were checked in promptly and given the Wilmington Suite! What a treat, we had a wonderful three days there. Breakfasts are so good and the choice and service couldn't be faulted. All the staff were polite and courteous throughout the stay. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom a treat, so spacious with a bath and shower. This hotel is in such a good position, near the beach, a short walk to the town centre and handy for buses if you want to venture further afield. Car parking is a huge bonus as Eastbourne gets limited on car parking spaces. As we are tennis fans, Devonshire Park is just across the road, what joy!!!!

Ten years and counting!

I've stayed here many times
I'll start by clarifying the title -- I have been staying at the Devonshire Park Hotel for 10 years now. It was quite by accident that I found it and I am very glad I did. This is wonderful hotel with a great staff. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Its a great location with parking and WiFi. The food and service in the restaurant is wonderful.
What makes it so wonderful is the management and staff who are professional and personable. Everyone works to make sure that you have a great visit. I look forward to my next trip.

Clean and lovely room overlooking park. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food absolutely excellent and good priced wine and bar. Would definitely return on a future offer. Very close to sea front. Wish we had booked second night.

We arrived at the hotel and as we early we were lucky enough to be offered a suite by the friendly receptionist. The rooms were fantastic. Two rooms and a little patio area with garden furniture. There was a lounge with a large TV and a large bedroom with another TV . Great supersize comfortable bed. The rooms were well equipped with everything you needed. Lovely toiletries. A fridge with complimentary water plus a tea/ coffee tray.
Quiet nights sleep.
Breakfast superb. Great choice. We opted for the cooked breakfast of delicious bacon , tasty mushrooms etc. It made us think that next time we go to this hotel we will eat in their restaurant as they source their food from good and possibly local suppliers.
