From your Head Chef Gareth Davies:

Our menus are designed each day to provide a wide choice from fine dining to simple comfort food. Only the freshest ingredients are used and where possible sourced locally. We have an excellent, well -balanced wine list to compliment our dishes.

Dinner is served daily in our intimate four room restaurant perfect for couples, small groups or up to 20 able to enjoy a private dining experience. Our attentive staff will happily guide you through the menu and accommodate any individual preferences or food allergy requirements.

Sunday lunches are a great favourite at the Devonshire as are our hearty breakfasts – ideal fuel for a healthy stroll along the seafront or over the south downs!

We have a well stocked and cosy bar, comfortable lounges and in summer months the sunny garden.

We offer pre theatre dining 15 minutes prior to the restaurant opening, allowing plenty of time to eat before a show.
